NECA / Kidrobot is a leading toy and collectibles company for licensed merchandise in the specialty market.  We manufacture thousands of products for movies, music, video games, and television.  Our product lines include everything from action figures to giftware.

For our sales department, we seek a savvy individual who is capable of multi-tasking and can pay attention to detail within a fast-paced office environment.

Our company has an established roster of clients, whose accounts need servicing on a regular basis.  The right applicant will be versatile and have the abilities that are listed below.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Calling customers with product solicitations
  • Building customer relationships
  • Helping current customers find appropriate items within our large product line
  • Finding new accounts
  • Examining new markets for our products
  • Assisting Outside Sales reps
  • Servicing and growing existing accounts
  • Attending trade shows

Required Skills:

  • Computer literate—must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Job summary:

We are looking for an operations analyst/specialist to evaluate business operations and generate insights to improve operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for developing data-driven insights and supporting implementation of strategies based on the comprehensive analysis of current operations and processes. You should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify deficiencies or opportunities, and support execution of impactful changes.

Location: Hillside, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering data and researching information from various sources and determining appropriate methods to analyze operations and other relevant information.
  • Analyzing large datasets, documenting findings, preparing reports, and developing insights/recommendations.
  • Creating/improving processes and workflows to enhance operations.
  • Developing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of new processes.
  • Supporting on ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed.


  • 2+ years of experience as an operations analyst or in a similar position. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer related industry a plus.
  • Degree in operations/business management or a related field preferred; master’s degree a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Detail-oriented, team player, and flexible with prioritizing different workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using excel, powerpoint, word, outlook, and ERP software. Experience working with multiple ERP systems a plus.
